James Stephen Hyatt, 52 of Rome, was arrested at the West Rome Mcdonalds over the weekend for allegedly trying to sell drugs.
Reports said that officers were dispatched to the restaurant and in the process they found numerous controlled substances in his possession.
Police said that Hyatt admitted to selling pills.
Hyatt is charged with felony possession of controlled substances, felony possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute and misdemeanor drugs not in the original container.
