Shawn David Williams, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after threatening a neighbor while intoxicated. Reports said that Williams was standing outside his Cave Spring Street home when he began cursing at his neighbors. The victim reported that he said that he would hurt them the next time he saw him.
Williams is charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunk.
