Floyd County police arrested two people on Tuesday for allegedly breaking into McHenry Primary School and stealing over $1,500 worth of items. Reports said that Tyler James Eaves, 17 of Rome, and Daniel Ray Baldwin, 30 of Rome, broke into the school overnight Saturday.
Police captured the suspects at Badwin’s Sunrise Drive home, where they also found the stolen items.
Both are charged with burglary and theft by receiving stolen property.
Baldwin is also charged with probation violation.
