James Ray Hash, 30 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly knocked a woman down and proceeded to place his hands around her neck. The victim also reported that he threatened to kill her.
Hash is charged with felony terroristic threats and acts, felony aggravated assault under the family violence act and misdemeanor criminal trespass.
