Lanelle Devine, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly charged $147.42 on someone else’s debit card. Reports said that Devine stole the victim’s lost Sun Trust debit card and charged items at Kroger on Turner McCall Blvd earlier this month.
Devine is charged with felony financial transaction card fraud and misdemeanor theft of lost or mislaid property.
