Aaron Remar Thompson, 22 of Rome, was arrested on Monday on longstanding warrants at the Baymont Inn and Suites on Shorter Avenue. Reports said that back on March 2, 2015 Thompson allegedly broke into a home on Dodd Boulevard, pointed a finger in the shape of a gun and said that he would kill the resident if they ever lied to him again.

Thompson, who was listed as one of Floyd County’s Most Wanted, is charged with first-degree burglary, terroristic threats and third-degree cruelty to children. He was being held in jail without bond.
