Michael Cheek, 38 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week on felony drug charges. Reports said that Cheek was taken into custody by a Floyd County Police officer at a 38 Fulton Road.
Reports added that Cheek possessed a quantity of methamphetamine and an undisclosed Schedule IV drug.
He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession ofa schedule IV controlled substance, both felonies.
