Michael Anthony Poole, 52 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome on Monday after he allegedly stole a vehicle from a gas station in Calhoun.
Reports said that the owner of the vehicle then followed Poole into Floyd County where he entered a home on Lake Crest Road without permission.
Poole is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
