Nebriesha Windom, 19 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Blankenship Place this week after she allegedly destroyed a 24 year-old woman’s cell phone during a verbal dispute.
Reports added that when officers arrived Windom began to curse at them.
Windom is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
