Jessica Lynn Culberson, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she obtained dangerous drugs from CVS on Matha Berry Blvd using a deceased person’s information.
Police said that Culberson used another person’s identity to pick up Buprenorphine, a Schedule III drug.
Culberson is charged with identity theft and obtaining dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery.
