Kayla Brooke Townsend, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she allowed for children to drink alcohol and for opening her home to gang related violence.
Police said that Townsend allowed for at least one child 17 years of age to drink alcohol at her home on East 18th Street.
Then from May until September, Townsend is accused of maintaining a home in which she kept ill-governed and disorderly by allowing underage drinking, gang related violence an other criminal activity to occur.
Townsend is charged with furnishing alcohol to minors, maintaining a disorderly home and probation violation.
