Kimberly Deon Ingle, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police during an investigation.
Police said that during an investigation at the Providence Thrift Store on Redmond Circle, Ingle misled officers.
Reports stated that Ingle gave them a fake name and date of birth in an effort to mislead officers.
Investigators added that Ingle had been wanted on a failure to appear warrant after no showing a court case in June 2025.
Ingle is charged with giving false information to police, obstruction and failure to appear.
