Todd Mitchell Gilliams JR, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed property at Rome High School.
Police said that Gilliams slammed and kicked a classroom door causing it to split and breaking the door frame. Reports stated that damages done by Gilliams exceeded $1,500.
Gilliams is charged with criminal damage to property.
