On Tuesday, Rome is mourning the loss of a man whose influence reached far beyond the restaurant business. John Schroeder touched countless lives through his love of music, his passion for great food, and, most importantly, his unwavering kindness toward others. Friends, customers, employees, and fellow business owners remember him as someone who welcomed everyone with a smile and treated strangers like family.
