Katherine Lea Mull, 44, and John Adam Mull, 44, both of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said they stole over $100,000 from an elderly disabled woman.
Reports said that the couple withdrew the 72 year-old victims funds from Nida Financial Group without her knowledge or consent.
Police stated that the couple stole a total of $121,345.68 between January 2022 and April 2025.
Both are charged with felony theft by taking and exploitation and intimidation of the elderly/
