Now, One Fall Wrestling (1FW) is bringing that excitement back to the city, one unforgettable night at a time.

This past March, 1FW made its highly anticipated Rome debut with “Rumble in Rome,” packing the Forum River Center with more than 1,300 loud, enthusiastic wrestling fans. From the opening bell to the final three-count, the energy inside the building was electric, proving that Rome’s love for professional wrestling never disappeared.

And according to 1FW, the message from the fans was loud and clear: Come back!

On Friday, November 20, 1FW is answering that call with “Rome Rampage,” an action-packed night featuring nationally recognized wrestling superstars, championship matches, and the kind of family-friendly excitement that once made professional wrestling a beloved tradition throughout Northwest Georgia.

Headlining the event is a highly anticipated steel cage match between AEW star QT Marshall and Hollywood actor turned professional wrestler Paul Walter Hauser. With their heated rivalry tied at one victory apiece, the two will settle the score in their third and final encounter, surrounded by steel. Adding even more intrigue, AEW star Tommaso Ciampa will serve as the special guest referee.

The stakes will be just as high in another featured attraction, as the 1FW Heavyweight Championship will hang high above the ring in a spectacular ladder match between wrestling veteran Jay Lethal and reigning champion Carlie Bravo.

But the excitement doesn’t end there.

Fans will also have the opportunity to see WWE Hall of Famer Billy Gunn, legendary wrestling commentator Tony Schiavone, Ring of Honor World Champion Bandido, AEW star Harley Cameron, MLP Champion Josh Alexander, and many more of their favorite 1FW stars.

While the nationally recognized names promise to bring plenty of star power, the heart of Rome Rampage is about something much bigger: reconnecting a community with a tradition it once cherished.

For decades, professional wrestling brought people together across Georgia. It was an experience that grandparents shared with their children, and parents eventually shared with their own families. The cheers, the rivalries, the heroes, and the villains all became part of the memories that made wrestling special.
