Clayton Dewayne Morgan, 37, and Leeali Cheyenne Morgan, 28, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they allowed for three juvenile children to live in deplorable conditions.
Police said that they found the home covered in feces and insects during the inspection of the home at 2687 Blacks Bluff Road.
Both are charged with three counts 1st degree cruelty to children.
