Joseph Harmon, 35 of Rome, was arrested on Broad Street in Rome after reports said he damaged government property.
Officers said that while at 529 Broad Street, Harmon used his foot to strike, deface, and damage landscape and lighting
Harmon is charged with felony interference with government property.
