Alfred Eric Stanley, 41 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he lied to police about his identity after they found him drunk in public on Big Texas Valley Road.
Reports said that Stanley was found attempting to enter a vehicle that did not belong to him in a public place. When police arrived on the scene Stanley identified himself as “Lil Steppa” before admitting his last name was Stanley.
Police added that Stanley was also using vulgar language around others.
Stanley is charged with public drunk, loitering and giving false information to police.
