A drunken 51 year-old Ellijay woman, Kendra Powers, was arrested at a Rome hospital this week after allegedly hitting her husband.
Reports said that Powers, which in an intoxicated state, made physical contract with the victim, leaving a visible mark.
Powers is charged with simple battery and public drunks.
