Forrest Holt Jr, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he acted in a disorderly manner while being intoxicated.
Reports said that Holt began to act violently and tumultuously toward another when he attempted to get into another’s vehicle without permission.
The incident occurred on West Hermitage Road.
Holt is charged with disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
