Tonya Elaine Deems, 55 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome after reports said she acted in a disorderly manner at a local hospital.
Police said that Deems returned to the hospital after being banned for threatening staff. Reports stated that after returning, Deems began to curse and scream in the waiting room. ‘
Deems then allegedly ran from police while actively refusing to resist police while cursing and screaming
Deems is charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and obstruction.
