Kati Racheal Alexander, 33 of Rome, was arrested on the Town Green in downtown Rome after she yelled and cursed at children.
Police said that when they arrived on the scene they found Alexander in a drunken state.
Alexander is charged with disorderly conduct, city drunkenness and failure to appear.
