James Anthony Pilgrim, 47 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said they found him illegally in possession of anabolic steroids.
Police said that Pilgram was found with two pills loose in his pockets.
Pilgram was taken into custody at a location on Taylorsville Road.
Pilgrim is charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance.
