AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to welcome Destiny Phillips, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Phillips cares for patients with a variety of health needs, including acute and chronic disease management, diabetes care, minor injuries, preventive medicine, routine health screenings, wellness exams, mental health care, weight management and women’s and men’s healthcare. She also provides immunizations, school and sports physicals, minor office procedures and personal illness visits.
Phillips believes in caring for the whole person and is committed to offering both traditional and holistic options that honor the body, mind and spirit. She feels called to medicine through a desire to care for others and reflect Christ’s love through healing and service. By taking time to listen, Phillips works closely with each patient to understand their individual needs and help them achieve their best possible health.
Phillips earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois.
Outside of work, Phillips enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
