Sarah Michelle Hawkins, 41 of Rome, was arrested after reports say, without provocation, she used profane and vulgar language toward her husband and police on Heathrow Drive.
Police say she used the language while in the presence of two juveniles and her neighbors causing a breach of peace.
Hawkins is charged with Disorderly Conduct.
