Micah West Blankenship,51 of Rome, was arrested after police say he repeatedly yelled at the victim that he was going “fuc**** to kill her”.
Police said that he would continually contact the victim by yelling at her each time he would see her, he had his windows open in order to view her.
Reports added that the victim was visibly shaken and had tears in her eyes due to fearing for her safety.
Blankenship is charged with Terroristic Acts and Threats, Simple Assault, and Stalking.
