Michelle Natsumi Londot, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used her stepfather’s bank card without permission.
Reports said that Landot sent $4,421 to her personal Cashapp without authorization. She is also accused of attempting to make over $1,400 in purchases.
Londot is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
