Jason Ray Meyberg, 42 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said that he was found with a stolen gun that belonged to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said that Meyberg took possession of the gun and then proceeded to sell the Glock 43 to Rome Gun and Pawn.
Reports said that the gun was valued at $449.
Meyberg is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
