DeHaan Hubbard Graves, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated his terms of release after being convicted of a sexual related crime.
Reports said that Graves failed to report to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office that he obtained a new phone back in May.
Graves is charged with failure to register as sex offender and probation violation.
