Marcus Daniel Carlisle, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at a convenience store on North Broad Street.
Reports said that Carlisle had previously been banned from the location for misbehavior.
Police added that Carlisle was taken into custody just before 5:30am.
Carlisle is charged with criminal trespass.
