Fennisa Louise Dodd, 69 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found trespassing and panhandling at Atrium Health Floyd.
Reports said that Dodd had been previously banned from the hospital unless she was seeking medical attention. Police said that Dodd was walking around the property asking people for money.
Dodd is charged with criminal trespass.
