Bennett Edward Niedrach, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week on Broad Street after reports said he used a silver marker to deface property.
Police said that Niedrach wrote graffiti on the city cross walk signs and electrical light poles and control box, along with other building pillars and glass.
Niedrach is charged with two counts criminal trespass.
