Shantera Labrea Kirby, 41 of Centre, was arrested at Technology Parkway in Rome after police say she gave them a false name and was under the influence of drugs.
Reports say police found possession of suspected xanax in a nicotine pouch, not in its original container. She was found to be in physical control of a moving vehicle while under the influence.
Reports say Kirby was also driving under a suspended drivers license.
Kirby is charged with possession of schedule Ⅳ, drugs to be kept in original container, and giving false name and DOB to officers, DUI drugs and driving on suspended license.
