Hector Angel Chavez-Vasquez, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a stolen 2010 Dodge Charger.
Reports said that the vehicle, which was valued at $3,000, was found at a home on Plymouth Road.
Chavez-Vasquez is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction.
