Jesse Trent Fowler, 32 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman when he was found in her vehicle during a traffic stop.
Reports said that Fowler was arrested in April for allegedly imprisoning the woman inside a home on Don Drive. Police said that Fowler grabbed the victim by the arm and wrapped both of his arms around her in an attempt to prevent her from leaving the home.
Fowler is charged with violating a family violence order.
