Daisy Jo Miller, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she caused extreme injuries to a 10 week-old child.
Reports said that Miller committed actions that left the child with fractures of the clavicles, fractures of the left ribs 2, 6 and 7, and fractures of the tibiae, as well as multiple bruises to his torso, face and buttocks. Investigators added that all of the injuries were in different stages of healing.
Miller is charged with cruelty to children in the 1st degree.
