Alyssa Marie Higginbotham 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she shoved a police officer during an investigation on North Broad Street.
Police said that after arriving at the jail, Higginbotham was found in possession of marijuana.
Higginbotham is charged with possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drugs by an inmate and felony obstruction.
