Tydarius Arthur McClure, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at the East Rome McDonald’s.
Reports stated that McClure had been previously banned from the restaurant by management.
Police added that the incident occurred as the result of McClure’s involvement in a disturbance with several other individuals at the restaurant.
McClure is charged with criminal trespass.
