Christian Dimitri Driver, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he committed unspecified actions that left a 10-year-old child with serious injuries.
Police said that the child suffered fractures of the clavicles, fractured ribs, fractures of the tibiae, and multiple bruises to his torso, face, and buttocks.
Reports added that the injuries occurred over several months between March 2024 and May 17, 2024.
Driver is charged with 1st degree cruelty to children and failure to appear.
