A drunken 37 year-old Rome man, Christopher David Ridings, 37, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his sexual organ in a public area on Judson Drive.
Ridings is then accused of punching a man in the nose with a closed fist, leaving visible injuries. Ridings is then accused of grabbing the victim’s iPhone and slamming it to the floor. The incidents occurred in front of a minor child.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene, Ridings refused to sit down while banging his head on a wall. Ridings is also accused of telling the officer that he was going to “eat his face”.
Ridings is charged with battery, public indecency, cruelty to children, 2nd degree criminal damage to police and felony obstruction.
