Harold Eugene Pugh, 50 of Aragon, was arrested in Rome after reports said he burglarized a home and imprisoned two individuals on Agnes Street.
Police stated that Pugh entered the home without permission while pulling a 43 year-old woman and a 14 year-old child inside. Both victims told authorities that Pugh told them to be quiet and that they were not going to be allowed to leave.
Pugh is charged with first degree burglary, false imprisonment, false imprisonment of a child, 2nd degree cruelty to children and failure to appear.
