Parker Garrard House, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he abused an 88 year-old woman.
Police said that House verbally abused the victim to the point she felt mental anguish. The victim told police that House verbally abuses her if she doesn’t give him money when asked.
House is charged with exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
