Terry Dwight Jackson, 46 of Rockmart, was arrested in Floyd County after reports said he violated a court order to have no contact with a 12 year old child.
Police said that Jackson wrote a letter and gave it to another person to give to the child.
Jackson is charged with aggravated stalking, stalking and violation of a family violence order.
