Four convicted sex offenders, Christopher Shawn Jackson, 49 of Rome, Donnell Daniel, 60 of Rome, Roy Collins Robinson, 63 of Rome, and Terrance James Franklin, 43 of North Attleboro, were all arrested this week after reports said they violated their terms of release.
Reports said that Jackson failed to complete his annual requirements to register as a sex offender. Jackson was arrested in 1996 for incest.
Donnell is accused of failing to comply with the bi-annual registration in February. He was later arrested in March for a failure to appear warrant, and then when released he reportedly failed to complete paperwork as required.
Robbinson is accused of also failing to complete his registration after being released from prison on March 30, 2026. Robinson was convicted for child molestation in 1993.
Frankin is accused of moving to the Czech Republic after being convicted for a sex crime in 2014. Then on December 1, 2021, Franklin reportedly listed his home address as 6 Leisure Drive in Rome, however he never reported the move to local authorities.
All have been charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
