Jesse Trent Fowler, 32 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned 28 year-old woman inside a home on Don Drive.
Police said that Fowler grabbed the victim by the arm and wrapped both of his arms around her in an attempt to prevent her from leaving the home.
Fowler is charged with false imprisonment.
