Ashley Michelle Depaz-Moscoso, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police during a traffic stop at the intersection of Burlington and Calhoun Roads.
Police said that Depaz-Moscoso gave a fake name and date of birth after being clocked driving 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Investigators discovered that she had been driving on a suspended license.
Depaz-Moscoso is charged with obstruction, giving false information to police, too fast for conditions and driving on a suspended license.
