Myranda Leigh Smith, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with drugs after lying to police.
Officers said that Smith tried to identify herself as her sister during an investigation at 522 Shorter Avenue.
A search then resulted in police finding methamphetamine and Gabapentin, along with used and new syringes in her possession.
Smith is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, giving false information to police and failure to appear.
