Frederick Lamar Harris, 69 of Rome, was arrested at the West Rome Walmart after reports said he was found drunk sitting in a car.
Reports said that when people went to check on his welfare, he began to call them a “bit**” while provoking violence.
Harris is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
