Antione Leonard Langston, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he deposited another person’s stolen cellphone in an ecoATM kiosk and received $30 in cash.
The theft occurred last October.
Langston was located this week trespassing at a home on Pennington Avenue.
Langston is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
